Statement on the Defamation & Libel of LoveAIDS:

ATTENTION: LoveAIDS is being doxed, defamed, and having libel spread about it.
The deliberate doxxing, defamation of and spread of libel regarding a small, nonprofit organization that runs on a shoestring budget can waste that organization’s limited time & precious resources and render it unable to carry out its stated purpose.

LoveAIDS stands against the vitriol that is being justified in the name of “freedom of speech” at this time. Any accusations about the quality, character and effectiveness of our work are unfounded and false. LIBEL and DEFAMATION are PROSECUTABLE IN A COURT OF LAW.

The attacks are targeted at the founder for being a refugee from a Marxist country and a person of faith. Such attacks demonstrated through libel and defamation are a VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as well as a violation of anti-defamation laws and are PROSECUTABLE IN A COURT OF LAW.

In the 6 years LoveAIDS has been working with our socioeconomically disadvantaged beneficiaries, there is no record of any communication that is homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminating against socioeconomically disadvantaged populations.

The founders of both of the Costa Rican organizations with whom LoveAIDS partners know LoveAIDS well, having worked closely together, and share a strong relationship with LoveAIDS.

Any attempts to defame and spread libel about LoveAIDS are attempts to wrongly prevent LoveAIDS from being able to carry out our stated purpose to provide needed medical care and to help our partners in Costa Rica provide needed medical care to HIV&AIDS patients, people who are socioeconomically disadvantaged, and such attempts are PROSECUTABLE IN A COURT OF LAW. Thank you.

As an organization, we prefer not to talk about this.
Unfortunately, we are forced to do so.
This is our response to those who are attempting to dox, defame, and spread libel about our organization.
