Medical Volunteers

Upcoming Trips in 2020

This 2020, we are looking to receive health care workers to come serve our AIDS patients.
Our director will be preparing the trips based on the specific needs we face in the facility. Please check back with us in the upcoming months for more news regarding our upcoming trips.

Requirements

Among other requirements, all medical volunteers are required to have current licensure in the state/country where they currently practice, to be able to provide documentation of being up-to-date in all legally required vaccinations and medical checks for hospital medical workers in WA state,  to receive vaccinations as directed by the U.S. Embassy to the countries we work in and any other vaccinations according to LoveAIDS policy, to pass a mental health examination by a professional approved by LoveAIDS, and to pass a background check.

LoveAIDS also selects for volunteers who share a similar Christian faith, in our purpose to serve as a vessel through which those who hold to the Christian faith can be the hands and feet of Christ to HIV/AIDS patients by either giving financially or giving through medical expertise.
