Ingrid Anne Stavrica 

President & Director, Founder

Ingrid Anne has years of experience working with the socioeconoimcally disadvantaged, specifically HIV and AIDS patients as well as homeless populations. An immigrant and political refugee, she speaks three languages and has years of cross-cultural and international experience, including with Spanish-speaking populations. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Multnomah University in Theology and Women's & Family Studies, with additional course work in Intercultural Studies. She brings years of expertise in corporate sales and business administration. As a premedical student who has paused her studies to start and grow LoveAIDS, Ingrid Anne is an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant with over five & a half years of experience, and she keeps her licensure current working part-time when in the United States and full-time when serving overseas with LoveAIDS.

Florian Stavrica 

Secretary & Director

Florian is a political refugee of a Communist country and a naturalized U.S. citizen who brings his 33 years of wise financial management and sound business judgment as a business owner to strengthen LoveAIDS. He has witnessed persecution first-hand and also seen how the life-transforming power of God's love changes people and gives them a new hope. A man of integriy and not scared of hard work, he worked full-time to provide for his wife and children while he also studied full-time, receiving top grades to become a mechanical engineer. He then worked 70-80 hours a week for many years as an immigrant to provide for his family. Florian is respected and well-spoken of for his sound Christian character as well as his trustworthy business practices and professional competence in the local Seattle community. He is passionate about the work of LoveAIDS and a pillar in our organization, and he speaks multiple languages.
